Single Pass Multi Sided Embosser:

This line of embossers is designed for the profile extrusion industry. It allows for the embossing of profiles with multiple sides in a single pass. The advantage that this design offers is that it does the work of several pieces of machinery, reduces labor costs, and speeds up production. The embosser can be furnished as a standalone system, complete with in-feed and exit material handling. It can also be configured for in-line operations. The design can also incorporate our random pattern embossing technology and the hollow profile embossing technology.

Random Pattern Embossing System:

Our innovative Random Pattern Embosser is designed to introduce variety into composite and plastic lumber products. The embosser can be designed in a wide variety of sizes to optimize pattern variation. Why settle for the pattern repeating over and over again when it can be randomized, making the product more natural and unique. This design can also incorporate our single pass multi-sided embossing technology and the hollow profile embossing technology.

Hollow Profile Embossing System:

Another innovative product that Paratus Industries has developed is the hollow profile embossing system. This system is specifically designed to emboss hollow PVC deck, fence and post components with very attractive wood grains. Consumers are very unhappy with plain, old, white or lightly colored vinyl fence. This introduces a whole new dimension to their product offerings. This design can also incorporate our single pass multi-sided embossing technology as well as our random pattern embossing technology.

Push Button Pattern Changes:

This embossing system allows for pattern changes by merely pushing a button. This of course cuts costs associated with machine downtime and maintenance. It also allows our customers to offer more pattern choices to clients due to the manufacturing feasibility and cost reduction.
As with the other innovative designs, push button pattern changes can be incorporated with any, or all, of the other technologies listed above.

The Future:

We are not finished yet. Paratus Industries will continue to proactively improve and invent new embossing and texturing technologies. In a world where most everything is textured; it is often one of the most important properties of any product. Plain and simple, if a product does not look good, it likely will not sell. Texturing is so often taken for granted and is generally the last piece of the puzzle in new product development or product improvement. We strive to ensure that embossing technologies continue to evolve with innovative processes and control technologies.
